British Banks Now Required to Help Customers in Financial Trouble

Banks must do more to help customers in financial difficulties, under the new Banking Code which has come into force.
The new voluntary code states that banks must contact customers they think may be heading toward debt problems.
The onus had been on people to contact their bank. The code, which applies to building societies too, also contains a pledge to responsible lending.

I antony joseph from india,kerala I was cheated by 4 people some GBPounds 1600/-about 3 months before one from nigeria and the remaining 3 from Uk pretending they from Barclays bank and send me email with barclays bankaddress phone number Fax number and so on is this possible to sue them the concerned from my home country I have all the details with me through a lawyer in Uk with your help i have no money to give him upfront If I get a compensation I am ready to pay pls inform me with your mail Id
I have sold all my passession, assets to give this money,can you help me out pls I lookforward to hear from you

The RBS Record loses of 24Billion UK pounds and Fred Goodwin still gets 650k pension every year. That is just unbelievable! They should strip him of his pension.
